Our History:

Fudong was founded on June 1st, 1992

The company now covers 81,500 m², with building area of 23,400 m² and employees around 600.It has an engineering and technical resarch center on quartz material, with more than 40 professionals, having experience of many national and provincial scientific projects, and multiple patents on quartz fusing furnaces(nearly 40 patents have been obtained so far)

Our Factory:

The main activities include tube drawing, cold processing, hot processing, quartz mine, quartz sand production and so on.

With 20 production lines, it can produce 3000-3500 tons of quartz glass tube (rod) annually. The main varieties are: OD2.5-300mm transparent,UV-blocking and ozone-free (UV) series of quartz glass tube, quartz tubes with various colors, baked quartz glass tubes, quartz rod, quartz plate, quartz crucible, and other quartz products with different shapes.

With 7 vacuum baking furnaces, its annual processing capacity is nearly 2,000 ton..There are about 100 lathes for hot processing and 20 CNC lathes.

Quartz glass is composed of the single component of SiO2. Therefore, it has unique comprehensive performances that other materials do not have: extremely low thermal conductivity, extremely good thermal shock resistance, very high distortion temperature and softening temperature, very low heat transmission capacity, very low dielectric loss and optical transmittance within extremely broad spectral range from ultraviolet rays to infrared rays.
